Rose/Violet dancers dancers arrive at 5:15 pm-no later than 5:30 pm. Dancers will be guided to their class location by SDA helpers in the hallway behind the theater.
Take your dancer to the bathroom BEFORE dropping off (before arriving @ theater is best), then apply any last minute makeup (lipstick) and hugs/kisses! SDA will aid dancers to and from the stage and handle all costume and shoe changes. PARENTS-ENJOY THE SHOW!
Dancers will be grouped by class in the hallway behind the theater and have a space for their shoe bag with their NAME on the wall above where they'll sit. SDA teen helpers will keep them occupied and organized when they're not onstage.
Auditorium doors open at 5:15 pm for attendees to find seats after dropping of your dancer in the back hallway. SHOW STARTS PROMPTLY @5:45, DON'T BE LATE PLEASE!
ALL ROSE/VIOLET dancers wear their costume and street shoes into/out of LWHS. Don't wear dance shoes outside please!
ROSE/VIOLET-please bring only: small dance bag with ballet, tap, jazz shoes with dancers name in them. NO WATER bottles, H2O will be provided by SDA.
THURS BROADWAY BALLET CONCERT: 5:45-7 pm, NO INTERMISSION!
AFTER THE THURS CONCERT: after the concert, curtain will close. Please exit the auditorium and head to the back hallway to collect your dancer after SDA has taken stage photos of the cast.
THURS FREE Solo-Duet-Trio Show: 7:45 pm. Stay in your seats or find new ones!
AQUA-SAGE-SILVER BROADWAY BALLET CONCERT, SAT MAY 30: Auditorium doors open at 10:30 am for attendees. Aqua, Sage and Silver dancer theater arrival guidelines emailed separately.
