SDA is a ballet based studio and every dancer studies this graceful and etherial dance style, most students working towards dancing 'en pointe'. We believe in ballet very passionately! From the enthralling music to the magical costumes, ballet shapes amazing young ladies into powerful women. Dance provides much needed physical exercise and a release of tension, plus emotional healing while uplifting our spirits though an incredible connection to music! Be a part of our dance story; learning as we grow stronger through the beauty of ballet and free expression emotionally in our other SDA dance styles!

SDA*NCE! teaches our lovely dancers:
- how to wait in line, take turns, share dance space, make dance friends and help each other with difficult steps.
- pose, stretch, balance, twirl, leap and explore imaginative new dance movement.
- how to care for their body physically and mentally; injury awareness and prevention and self care with love.
- precise technique with the discipline, determination and dedication needed to achieve it.
- musicality along with exposure to beautiful classical music and the appreciation of every musical genre.
- beautiful strength and health from learning to care for their body, their most important tool of success.
- powerful self confidence from personal achievement through mastering movement once thought unattainable.
