Summer Dance-Days June/July 2025
Summer class enrollment/reservations begin May 5th!
SDA is a ballet based studio and every dancer studies this most challenging dance style, most working towards dancing 'en pointe'. We believe in ballet very passionately! From the beautiful music to the magical costumes, ballet shapes amazing young ladies into powerful women. Start your dancers journey towards a bright future with the lessons learned while dancing at SDA!
SUMMER LEVELS are different from our main session. Not sure what level your dancer is for summer? Use the contact form below to email us. SDA Director must approve all level placements for maximum successful learning!
PINK ~ ages 3-6, preschool, K and 1st graders
PURPLE ~ ages 6-10, 1st-5th graders
BLUE ~ ages 9-14, 4th-9th graders (class info @bottom of page)
GREEN ~ ages 13-18, 8th-12th graders (class info @bottom of page)
Summer 2024 classes are offered Mon, Tues and Wed for 2 weeks in June and 3 weeks in July. Both the June and July sessions are scheduled exactly the same, however class content and curriculum differ each day of the week.
JUNE SESSION: Mon, Tues, Wed each week
Week 1, June 16 - 18
Week 2, June 23 - 25
JULY SESSION: Mon, Tues, Wed each week
Week 3, July 7 - 9
Week 4, July 14 - 16
Week 5, July 21 - 23
PINK Class curriculum: 5:30-6:30 pm (evening). Each 1 hour combo class includes Creative Ballet (our SDA specific curriculum) and Mon- ACRO, Tues- TAP, Wed-JAZZ. Hand help dance props, an obstacle course, tumbling equipment, stickers and coloring sheets are a part of each class.
WHAT TO WEAR ~ NO BLACK SHOES please! PINK ballets and TAN tap and/or jazz shoes! Regular ballet/dance attire-leotard and tights or bare legs (for summer-its hot!), bare/feet for modern lyrical, or socks-if you have no dance shoes to try classes. Comfy, tight fitting, stretchy shirt and leggings if no dance attire.

CLOSEST dance-wear store: VERA NOVA: 306 W Main St, Mason, OH 45040. (513) 234-0416. SDA also offers new shoes and tights for purchase, plus a Dancewear Exchange program. Used items are $5, no guarantee of available sizes.

TUITION SUMMER 2025~ A dancers first 'TRIAL' class is FREE!
Create your own DanceClassPass! Valid throughout June or July 2025, attend classes when convenient for your summer schedule. EXAMPLE: week 1 attend 2 classes, week 2 attend 2 classes, week 4 attend 1 class, week 5 attend 1 class- 6 classes total over 4 weeks = $102.
Multiple dancers? Keep adding classes and design your own personalized summer dance schedule over 5 weeks of classes! Discounted class rates kick in past your first 4 classes added and continue every 4 more after that!
