CONGRATULATIONS TO SDA COMPETITION STUDENTS SPRING 2021! What an incredible season of dance-awards posted here April 5! Check back!

Our Competition Company is an additional performance opportunity for students wanting the excitement of learning exciting and FUN choreography, then performing in a competition setting for judges’ critiques. Dancers will compete 2-6 dances, based on level. Company students must take a minimum of classes weekly to participate, plus their assigned competition classes and perform in our Nutcracker. 2 regional competitions will be attended in 2022.

Now open to PRIMARY FOR 2021-22, Secondary, Intermediate and Advanced dancers, admittance is with the director approval only. Dancers may be invited directly; or, if they have NOT been asked directly, they may email to be considered for admittance. Our company dancers become as strong as they are BECAUSE of the extra dancing/performing through this program, so don’t be afraid you’re not good enough to join competition! ALL SDA DANCERS AND SKILL LEVELS WELCOME!
